Our refund and returns policy lasts 90 days. We believe in our product so much that we have extended our returns policy for any items that should come apart or break due to our manufacturing process and not through negligence by the user. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept responsibility for items that have been damaged in any way by the customer or recipients.
To complete your return:
Get in contact with our admin team via email – info@keyringking (subject: Refund and returns)
Once we have established a valid reason for return, we will provide you with a return address where you can send the item to.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@keyringking.co.uk and send your item to the address provided.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you need to first contact us via email info@keyringking.co.uk where the return address will be provided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the return was due to customer error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will usually send you a postage label, a replacement or a refund for the item received. This will be confirmed by us once we have established the reason for return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t accept any responsibility for items posted by yourself (the customer). Any missing or lost items would need to be raised with the shipping/delivery company used.
